One-To-One Inspection Trip
 To assist clients with the viewing and selection of a suitable property in Spain, JM Property Services are able to offer a tailor made inspection visit, quality accommodation, time to relax and fully accompanied property visits during your stay in Spain. JM Property Services are able to offer accommodation free of charge but flights are to be paid by the clients. These costs are refunded to buyers on completion of purchase.

We feel that our one-to-one inspection trips are the best way for you to explore the area you are considering for your purchase. We will talk to you to find out your personal requirements, everyone is different after all. Once we are sure what you are looking for (permanent home, second home, retirement, holiday or investment), and the price you can afford to pay, we will then be in a position to organise a personalised one-to-one trip for you.

Each trip is different because it is based on the precise and individual needs of the clients. You can expect all travel and accommodation arrangements to be made for you, collection from the airport and a personal tour of the properties that best meet your criteria and return to the airport at the end of your stay.

Inspection trips are the best way to find your new dream property in Spain and information on living in Spain. They provide an opportunity to view the range of Spanish homes that JM Property Services have for sale in your price range. They are also a great way to get a feel for the Spanish lifestyle and the areas that you may like to purchase in.

Please be assured that there will be no sales pressure on you at any time during your one-to-one inspection trip.

However, property in Spain sells very quickly so you must be prepared to act decisively. You are strongly advised to bring a banker’s draft with you (made payable to you) for at least £2,000.00 / 3,000.00€. If you see the property of your dreams you can reserve it there and then by paying a deposit. If you don’t find the property you want this time around you can always pay the money back into your account.

On arrival in Spain, you will be picked up from the airport and taken to one of JM Property Services apartments. During your stay we will spend time showing you round the area and the local amenities (i.e. beaches, golf courses, restaurants, etc.), and also personally taking you around the properties that have been picked for you. The most important thing for us is that you have an enjoyable, stress free visit, without the pressure usually associated with property purchases. Our one-to-one trips normally last for three or four days.

Day One:

Depart from your home for Spain
Arrive at your Spanish airport
Meet with our JM Property Services Representative
Taken to one of JM Property Services Apartments
Depending upon arrival time - tour of the local areas, amenities & discussions on properties.
Evening Dinner

Day Two:

You will be Met & taken for Breakfast / Morning Coffee
Tour to inspect properties selected and areas
Lunch at a selected restaurant
Afternoon, further inspection of properties and the areas
Evening dinner

Day Three:

You will be Met & taken for Breakfast / Morning Coffee
Re-inspect properties, reservations, contracts, visit solicitors, mortgage arrangements, open bank accounts and arrange NIE Numbers.
Lunch at selected restaurant
If required - afternoon re-inspection, reservations, contracts and visit solicitors.
Evening dinner

Day Four:

You will be Met & taken for Breakfast / Morning Coffee
Any other business
Depart for airport
