Description for this listing

The property is in a good decorative condition and has been partially restored. The property measures 220 square metres of construction and is set on a plot measuring 500 square metres.

To the ground floor there is a large integral garage, which has an up and over garage door and a concrete floor. There is a bathroom to this floor as well as storage areas. There is an internal staircase which leads from the garage to the main living accommodation on the first floor. The first floor can also be accessed via an exterior staircase which leads to a veranda at the front and side of the house. The property is only a five minute drive from the popular beaches of Sao Martinho do Porto and has easy access to nearby motorways.
