First Floor: The first floor accommodation is accessed via a wooden faced staircase. The staircase opens out on to a spacious landing area which has a wooden floor and ceiling. There are two further bedrooms to this floor, both of which have wooden floors. There is a fully tiled bathroom, which has a bath with shower fitment above, toilet, bidet and pedestal sink.

The house is set on a plot measuring 790 square metres, all of which is relatively flat and landscaped with a variety of mature shrubs and trees. There is a detached garage behind the house, which is large enough to accommodate up to two vehicles. There is also an annex building adjacent to this which has an entertainment room complete with kitchen and bar.

The house is located in the market town of Alvaiázere and is within walking distance of all amenities. Alvaiázere has several shops, cafes, banks, bars, supermarkets, health centre and schools. The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is around 25 minutes drive from the property.
