PD0167 Main building:  Approx. 600 square meters roof surface, covered with brick.

 Building length: 30,00 meters  Building width: 17,50 meters  Building height: 13,25 meters  Two separate, spaciously divided houses in the groundfloor and 1st floor (2nd Amer.) with seperate main entrances and a covered seating area on the east side as well as two seperaten exits to the west side with covered seats.

 There is also a subsequent, spacious meadow with a grill area. Eco-friendly construction and also recommendable for allergy sufferers as well as wheelchairs.

 Even for children; every age is ideal.  This house could serve as a dwelling-house for three different generations or it is perfect as a retirement house.

  Every apartment has a green, tiled stove and additional oil-fired central heating.  Above kitchen/living room of the biggest apartment in the 1st floor (2nd Amer.

) is a smoke house (capacity three pigs or similar) which makes it possible to smoke Black Forest bacon.  Thresher:  In the north side of the high entrance is the threshing floor with a big storage area on two floors or can be used for other purposes, e.

g., large room studio etc.

 Cellar rooms:  Three spacious cellar rooms with natural floors (can be used for storing wine, fruit wine, potatoes, herbs etc.) exist in the south area of the yard building, with two separated entrances.

 Annex:  Forecastle house with an old, functional oven (basic stove) and distillery with existing fuel.  There is also a shed to the west side which can be used as a storage room.

This is besides the shed for firewood storage, etc.  There is also the former grain mill.

 A beehive exists and a small biotope to the east of the main building.  Well: The source is approx.

60 meters to the east of the yard building.  In 1986 the installation of a new well with the entire renewal of all plumbing took place.

 Fire extinguishing pond:   This is approx. 70 meters to the southeast of the main building and can be used for fish farming.

 It is approx. 25 x 10 meters.

 Above the pond is a nice sitting area. Attention: Land is offered for long-term renting.
