"mcs" - Re: 31 days of Unacceptable air - I am not sure that will save other people who have to decide to live or work here Gar. Maybe I can give them a clue where no one else cares to do the right thing. I think people are objective enough to take what I say and utilize the information , together from American Lung association to decide on course of action. They don't need to have 100 percent hype like is your desire. Asthma a...

"mcs" - 31 days of Unacceptable air - and counting maybe two days of good air. Ask your favorite pharmacist how many meds are prescribed for heart disease or asthma before you even chance living here. The news media has to tell residents how great it is because most people around the country who are informed KNOW BETTER. Pa is number two in asthma and Philly is the worse city in Pa or close so you then have the oil refinerie...

"steve" - Ultimately my goal is to get Philly to better place - ultimately keep the good and get rid of bad, I just don't know if its possible. Even if you buy a cheap home here and your willing to drive to shore or mountains its something that many people do. However just think if the air was ever clean and you didn't have to leave to enjoy everything Philly has to offer. I don't believe that option will happen in my lifetime though. So when you ask...

"mcs" - Attention Citizens You don't want to live in PHILLY - Trust me just read my history in Google. Philly is a pollution pit I think is way worse then reported. There are more days of air out of the good zone then many cities in USA. Why give this to your employees or families. Until philly does more ( and suburbs) to combat this, I say categorically don't move into this city unless you like pain. . ...

"mcs" - Welcome to Polluted Philly - 27 days of warning level air, 96 days of air that is not in good range so far this year ( and a level that epa estimates kills tens of thousands of people a year) and a press that totally ignores their own record asthma and poisoning. Enjoy the concert. . ...
