tdefender@charter.net - Install rubber roof on top of rubberoid roll?
- I have a flat roof on my house with currently a roof consisting of
rolls of rubberoid that were laid out. In getting a new bid for a new
roof, a roofer wants to put an epmd rubber roof on top of this
sheeting?
Is this proper? Has anyone had it done? Any replies are much
appreciated.Thank you and have a nice day and evening.

But if you had a deed restriction that prohibited bands from living
there (or making noises that can be heard across their property line, or
consuming beverages outside their home, or whatever) then you woul...

"Beeper" - Re: Lamp-post light flickers (insane feedback loop)
- Another option is to bypass the sensor on the posts and put a remote sensor
in series with the feed away from the posts. One other option is to again
bypass your sensors and put a timer, whether it be mechanical or electronic
inline with the posts feed. You program what time to turn on or off.

- Boy, that site is a lot to do over nothing.
The main categories like electrical, plumbing, and AC had no photos of
any problems. There was one photo of a complaint about dead bugs in
the window track. Clean your own dam house when you move in. Things
happen. Gee, a kid rode his bike on the uncured cement. Much of the
stuff was either already fixed or in process. Grow up people. Bitchin...

Yep, and my location is deed restricted and has an active HOA. Were it
not for those two factors, it would be just like the other locations
around me, all of which have lower property values.

"chris" - Re: Buying a house with inlaw quarters that has NO permits
- All of the posts above definitely are things to consider. My biggest
concern would be in the event of a fire or any other type of situation
where your homeowners insurance would say that this was not a permitted
structure and we don't have to pay for it. This would definitely be
true if the fire was caused by defective wiring.
Also if someone gets hurts because the building wasn't bui...
