I would get this $10,000 broken down by item and explained in plain english. I would then take that list to some professionals for an opinion. For example, go to a title company and ask one of their closers. Perhaps stop by a brokerage and run the list by an experienced agent(perhaps over lunch that you are buying for her time). ... |
