"Steve Horrillo" - Re: DOJ vs NAR
- I keep the article below in my presentation book to show how the seller is
impairing the sale of their home by getting the Agent to discount their
commission. It's fine to discount YOUR OWN SIDE. The problems begin when
they underpay the Buyer's Agent. Most sellers don't know to ask what the
split is so they're an easy target for Discount Brokers. Someone gave my a

Go to www.helpusell.com. I use their website and one's like them to find
bargains, being that the seller will likely either grossly overprice or
under price their home. If your home sells quick in one of these systems

your expo...

"family-first" - Some Questions for Real Estate Agents
- Hello All!!
I am in the final stages of marketing program for my local realtors &
I'd like to get some realtors opinions.
These may be dangerous questions to ask but... I'm asking them,
anyway.
1. As agents what are the top things you look for in the mortgage
company you refer your clients to?
2. What will cause you to refer another client to a new mortgage
company?
3. What wi...
