Anywho, the problems you could run into are:

to be a GFI device (still cheap). Be sure to caulk well, etc.
Ok, what will you be plugging in several feet above the ground ?

- As long as they're fixed, the buyer cannot back out of the contract
without losing his earnest money. It doesn't matter one bit who fixed
them.

- If the repair "must" be done according to law, by a licensed person, then
you must do it. If it is something you "could" have repaired the day before
the offer came in, then what is the problem with you repairing it the day
after (or whatever) the offer came in. Actually you should have had all
these silly problems addressed before the house went up for sale, but they
seem to be real nit...

contract within nex couple of weeks.
However, something has been hindering my efforts. I put ads in the
paper and also put up two signs on the corners nearest to my hou...

4. Plumbing
5. Electrical
6. Insulation
7. Drywall
8. Painting
9. Electrical fixtures (ceiling lights, etc.)
