Louis Klidonas - Advice Please On NYC Rental Situation
- I currently live in a luxury high-rise, W 50th, 8th Ave. I have a very
average-sized ONE bedroom apartment. Apartment rent is going from
roughly $2,700 to $2,900.
Assuming I want to find a similar luxury-high rise (with doorman,
concierge, etc)..can I do any better on price (4th Street-86th Street,
East or West, doesn't really matter).
