I recently received an incredible real estate investing course
at no cost from real estate attorney/investor David Whisnant. I used
this information to purchase a perfect home for well below market
price. As a mom, military wife and working at home I found this
information user friendly, and extremely beneficial.
Dave has authorized me to pass this along to other people for

"homan4" - Re: Do I have to pay buyer's commission?
- Good questions. The fact that you do not know the answer to these questions
is case in point why no knowledgeable or informed person would sell their
home FSBO. It is clear that you have no concept of what is involved in the
selling and closing process in order to make this sale work for you. It is
not your fault. It is the fault of the company that listed your home on the
MLS. ...

"Richard" - Do I have to pay buyer's commission?
- My buyer has an agent who has prepared the contract but did not show
them the home. I am FSBO. I have not signed the contract yet. I
listed it as 2% in MLS via a real estate broker. Can I change it to 0%
or 1% prior to the contract? Do I have to pay the commission or ask
the seller's to pay it? I ask because the buyer agent did no work to
find the home for the buyers.
