- Sunlight wash-out is a very common problem here in sunny SW Florida.
Sears would have the capacitor if the people there know what they are
doing. Around here if you don't have a Sears part number they usually
can't help you. Any Liftmaster dealer should also have the part.

- Those are pretty funny, I wish I would have taken pics of the last
couple houses I had. One had plumbing going every which way in the
basement, added on to and modified over a 100 year period, and as a
result the entire water supply for the house passed thru a weird little
pipe like you'd see used for a toilet supply. No wonder there was no
water pressure. Must have been a hundred fee...
