yes, he can do whatever he wants to with his property. if it has a house on it, he can burn it down to the ground!! this is not a kickback, its an incentive to purchase the lot, if you are an agent or not, he doesn't care, he just wants to sell HIS lot! he isn't brokering it, he is selling something he owns himself, not brokering it for someone else. if he was brokering for someone else, they can have him offer it as a bonus to agents(inwhich case it belongs to the agents broker!!) or to the buyer as part of the deal. good question!! call the far legal hotline next time if ur in a hurry! membership has it benefits!!!
