Re: Wilkinson Peabody announces that it will provide funding for Steamboat
City Theme Park Project in Brunswick, Georgia.
Devon L. McCormack -Chief Operating Officer of Wilkinson Peabody & Company,
Inc. (WPC) announced today that WPC will be providing as a financial partner
$80 Million in Senior Debt Financing and $53 Million of Equity financing for
the construction of Steamboat City Theme Park, Brunswick, Georgia.
Steamboat City Theme Park will be a world-class destination resort and theme
park project in Brunswick, Georgia, which is being developed by Steamboat
City Development Company (SCDC). The project will be located on a portion
of a 2133 land tract owed by SCDC.
The Theme Park will have 18 major attractions, as well as unique shops,
restaurants and a multitude of other interesting attractions that will
