No kidding. No matter how good you are, if you expect to complete the project in
any kind of reasonable timeframe, you will need subcontractors.
Rule 1: Good subcontractors are always busy.
Rule 2: If you think your one-off job is going to come before a contractor that
can keep a sub busy on multiple jobs you be smoking a bit too much wacky
tabacky.
