Hogwash to signing the release or hogwash to a release avoiding a subsequent
suit? If the latter, I agree that avoiding a suit is impossible.
If the former, this is SP with realtors in every area I've transacted in
recently. This won't ensure avoidance of litigation, but will discourage it
or make it less effective.
