The developer is offering 20% on the total investment. They are
looking for a total of $645,595. It should take around 24 weeks to
install
all the underground and then they will start building the houses. In
this
county you can't start a house until all of the underground is
installed.
As the houses are built, your group would release each lot (still
owning the
lot) and receive the money at closing. Once you are paid back the
principal
and interest then the remaining lots would be released to the developer
and
he would make his money.
The payout is 50/50 per lot until completely paid.
I have investors standing by to purchase each property, as it is build,
or
you will be able to purchase these for your group.
This is the first of many that my developers will offer to you guys to
make
money on. We have others in the works that should be ready to present
in a
few weeks. They just purchased the land and have to have it surveyed
