The 3 bedroom villa with pool is located in Pernera, on a small quiet development near the beach of Agia Triada, approx 5 km from the centre of the busy seaside town of Protaras.  
Accommodation
This unusually designed, spacious villa, situated in a quiet exclusive development, is ideal for family holidays. It has fantastic sea views, full air-conditioning and is a short 400m walk from the nearest beach, supermarket and cafe.  
The villa will sleep up to 8 people.  The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room together with a private balcony.  There is an additional double bedroom and one twin with 2 further pull out beds.  All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are air conditioned. There is also a family bathroom with shower.  
The open plan living space on the ground floor comprises of a lounge, with satellite TV, DVD (with movies), sofas, air conditioning and patio doors to the swimming pool and patio area. This leads to the dining area and through to the fully fitted kitchen. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and oven cook wear. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

Outside the villa is a patio area, furniture, private swimming pool and shower. A built in barbecue is provided to enjoy alfresco dining.  Gated drive-way to provide secure off street parking.

Location
The villa is situated in Pernera, a suburb of Protaras, with a variety of beaches within walking distance - Agia Triada and Sirena Bay to name but two. There is a delightful marina at Agia Triada beach, which sees fishing boats dock in the small harbour each morning selling its catch of fresh fish – ideal for the barbecue in the evening! There is also a supermarket, cafe and excellent restaurant 500m away, with beach access.
Pernera is a lovely resort with plenty of restaurants and bars as well as several sandy beaches with water sports. You will also find supermarkets, interesting shops and things to do.  The resort of Protaras is nearby with its beautiful beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants, and Ayia Napa with the harbour area, shops, monastery and nightlife.  The nearby town of Paralimni is 5-10 minutes drive away.  A car is advised but for those preferring not to drive there is a good local bus service and taxis are very reasonable.
