Tucked behind Sharmen Lodge, a 2 acre lifestyle property you can have the best of both worlds - a little touch of country close to town. * Modern spacious cottage * Sleeps up to 7 * All linen and bedding provided * Continental breakfast provisions * Ample parking for cars & boats * Covered patio with barbeque * Look after yourself in a self contained cottage - separate from the house and with its own sheltered outdoor patio where you can relax and fire up the barbeque. Bring the family - there are beds for up to 7 people. A queen bed, double with single bunk above and a double bed-settee, all together in the large living room. All linen and bedding is provided.
Breakfast when you like - provisions are delivered daily, the cottage is serviced and fresh towels supplied. The cottage is modern, warm and spacious. The kitchen counter has a microwave, refrigerator and kettle - enough to prepare snacks and drinks. The bathroom opens off the living room and has a large shower, WC and basin. The parking is extensive with room for a boat trailer or two cars.
Tariff: 120 double 10 each extra person. Pets may stay by arrangement, smoking outdoors only. For a big group, the cottage and bed and breakfast can cater for a group of up to 13 people.
