Twin room fully furnished, with en-suite bathroom and independent entrance, really located in the heart of the old city centre, within easy reach of all the major attractions like Piazza Maggiore, the two old towers, University, Museums, etc.
The room is at the 2nd and last floor into a typical 1800 builiding in a large apartment (100 s.m.) and has private heating and/or air conditioned.

Local shops are very close to us: supermarkets, pizzerie, gelaterie, wine bar, bank machine; the guest's city map is free.ù

For over 1 night stay, you'll get the keys, so you may come and go as your please. For staying over 1 week, 1 night is free. The room's price is the same all the year (no high/low season difference).

Under request we serve lunch or dinner with italian menu, we make sell and degustation of famous and unknown wines and cheeses.
