A Town House is a stylish and modern apartment thoughtfully furnished to provide superior holiday accommodation for up to four people. It is especially suitable if you plan to have an extended stay in Rotorua - visiting, on business or for therapeutic treatments. You will enjoy the unique location where you can walk down to the lake front promenade, QE Health, the convention centre and the restaurants of Rotorua.
On the upper floor is the comfortably furnished living room, including a wide screen TV and a DVD player with iPod dock. Wide doors open onto the patio so that you can enjoy the panoramic view over Ohinemutu to St Faith's Church and Lake Rotorua from the kitchen, living room and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and you will find a breakfast starter pack and basic pantry items. The main bedroom with superking/twin beds and ensuite bathroom is also on the upper level. On the ground floor are the garage, private entry, the second bedroom with superking/twin bed, a second bathroom and a small study. Wireless internet access is available.
Rates: Summer October to April, minimum 3 nights 300 a night first 3 nights then 200 a night or 1500 per week. Winter May to September, minimum 3 nights 200 a night first 3 nights then 134 a night or 1000 per week
