We are a couple and single male all between 28 -37 years looking for a 3rd person to share superb townhouse in central Marbella, 5 mins walk from old town. The townhouse is situated on small urb. of only 16 houses and we have a huge community pool, garden area and secure parking. In addition the house has a back garden with BBQ area and terrace. We are looking for a profesional, clean, positive person (we have a dog called Joe so pet friendly) that is organised but laid back to share our house. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom plus plenty of additional storage if needed and be expected to share the fixed cost and bills in addition to the rent. These include weekly cleaning lady, 2mb ADSL connection and SKY TV (total 50 euros per/month) plus water/electricity (aprox 60 euros every 2 months) plus your share of phone calls.
