Our studios are located in a safe, residential part of town, overlooking the Pedio Areos park. The studios are a block away from major bus routes serving all main destinations within the city. The neighborhood has a number of grocery stores, supermarkets, cafes and movie theaters.
All studios are well furnished and have access to a fully equipped kitchen with TV. Bathrooms are shared between 2 people and are cleaned by our staff daily. A laundry machine and payphone are also available.
Studio prices are Eur12/night for single occupancy and Eur10/night for double occupancy and include all utilities, VAT and maintenance.
