Bedroom 1 - master double bedroom has an ensuite shower room which boasts a body jet massage shower and small private balcony.
Bedroom 2 - accessed via the balcony from bedroom 1.  Attic bedroom with sloping roof has two single beds.

Bedroom 3 and 4 share an L-shaped balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and has distant sea views.
There is also a single and double sofa bed available which can be used to accommodate two or three extra guests.
All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
Comfortable lounge area with leather suite, log burner, equipped with satellite TV, and DVD player. Overlooks the pool.  Dining area with table and chairs to seats eight.  Patio doors lead to the outside areas.
The modern kitchen has marble work surfaces and is well equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (on the landing), fridge/freezer and water cooler.  

Games room with full size pool table and patio doors leading to the external area where you will also find a hammock and a table tennis table along with a slection of childrens toys.

There is also a separate guest cloakroom and an additional shower room on the ground floor.

Well maintained lawned areas and flower beds surround the large kidney shaped swimming pool, complete with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. There is a barbecue and traditional clay oven. A wooden pergola offers shade under which to dine and a wooden swing lounger in which to relax and absorb the peaceful surroundings.  Off road parking for two vehicles.  Car essential, 4 WD vehicle recommended.

Location

A 5 minute drive will take you to the sandy beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig Tree Bay.  The beautiful Konnos Bay is just a 10 minute drive.  Ayia Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld are only 15 minutes away.  The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and has 3 large supermarkets as well as many other shops, cafes, and tavernas.

Terms of Booking:
A 50 deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.  Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5 service charge.

A £250 refundable deposit is required against damages and breakages.  This is payable with your final payment and will be refunded in full within in 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
We only accept family bookings at this villa and do not accept bookings from single sex parties.

A cot and highchair can be supplied for a small supplement.
