The Mediterranean sea and beaches are a short 5 minute walk away.
Each apartment (45 sq meters = 484 sq feet) can accommodate 4 persons, and has: Living room with couch bed for 2 Full bathroom, shower, toilet facilities Modern furniture + dining area with table & chairs Kitchen Air conditioning with cooling + heating ADSL Internet connection, cable TV, telephone Washing machine, clothes dryer and iron in apartment Linen, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied. Free street parking between 19:00 and 08:00, and cheap parking 150 meters from the apartment. The Eli Suite has a nice balcony facing Dizengoff Street.
The rental price is more than what's paid for long term apartment rental but is less than comparable hotel accommodation, and, depending on number of participants, can be more or less equivalent to hostel lodging.
